Dear HKOTSSA members,

Have not heard of the news from our 12th Exco for a while, it is time for us to update all members on our recent activities:

Social Service

The social service for the minority ethnic group and the new arrival children (co-organised with Tin Hang Community Network Project) originally arranged on 26 August 06 had been postponed as there were insufficient children applied the service. The date and details of the service will be further noticed to all members once confirmed.

New Exco for 2006-07

Toward October 2006, it is the time to elect the new exco members for 2006-2007 according to HKOTSSA constitution. After discussion among our 12 th Exco members, we would like to follow the constitution to elect new exco although we had only been elected since March 2006. Therefore, we are going to arrange several sharing sessions for the members who are interested in joining the new exco (13 th Exco) for 2006-07.

On 12 September 2006, our 12th Exco and 3 HKOTSSA members had a casual sharing dinner at Mongkok discussing the new Exco. The following members had shown the interests in joining the new Exco for 2006-07:
