Dear HKOTSSA members,

We would like to invite you to come and join the Annual General Meeting in the coming Sunday. The AGM will be held as follows:

Date: 14 Jan 07 (Sun)
Time: 3-4pm
Venue: Roundtable Cafe, 1/F, Percival House, 83 Percival Street, Causeway Bay

Please kindly advise both 12th Exco and 13th Exco your availability and attendance.

The agenda of the AGM as below:

1) Receive and adopt the minutes of last Annual General Meeting;

2) Receive and adopt the annual report and the annual financial report;

3) Election for the 13th Exco and Year Plan Presentation by 13th Exco;

4) AOB

The annual report and annual financial report for 12th Exco will be issued to all HKOTSSA members within these two days for information.

For the members who cannot join the meeting, please kindly complete the following proxy form and email us on or before 13th January 2007.
