HKOTSSA Annual General Meeting (Sunday, October 25, 2009)

We would like to invite you to come and join the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of HKOTSSA on 25th October 2009.
Details are as follows:
Date: 25th October 2009 (Sunday)
Time: 4:00-6:00 pm (AGM) 6:00-8:00 pm (Dinner)
Venue: Hong Kong Baptist University (TBC the exact location)
Please kindly advise 14th Exco your availability and attendance.
The agenda of the AGM as below:
1) Receive and adopt the minutes of last Annual General Meeting;
2) Receive and adopt the annual report and the annual financial
report;
3) Election for the 15th Exco and Year Plan Presentation by 15th Exco; and
4) AOB
The annual report and annual financial report for 14th Exco will be issued to all HKOTSSA members 2 weeks before the date of AGM for your information.
For the members who cannot join the meeting, please kindly complete
the following proxy form and email to us on or before 23rd October, 2009.
